Scope of Responsibility

This position is responsible to manage and process a company's financial obligations to its suppliers and service providers. This involves ensuring accurate and timely payments, maintaining organized financial records, and fostering positive vendor relationships

Duties and Function

• Prepare and execute payments to vendors on a timely basis
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all A/P transactions
• Maintain positive working relationships with vendors
• Assist in month-end closing activities and in the preparation of reports
• Participate in financial audits
• Identify opportunities to improve the company’s efficiency in areas of accounting
• Comply with all GAAP and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities And Deliverables

• To receive, verify and process invoices for vendor payments

• 2 years minimum accounts payable
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Attentive to detail
• Able to Organize large volumes of work
• Communicate well both internally and externally
• Able to solve problems
