Job Description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Accounts Payable for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
Candidate must be in the DMV area.
This role is hybrid (2 days/week Onsite until September; 3 days/week Onsite starting September).
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Experience processing invoices in an automated system using OCR
Experience processing invoices against purchase orders
Experience with uploading templates into AP system
Experience with reviewing and processing expense reports
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills for problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Workday Financials a plus
Experience with Auditoria a plus
Experience with AI driven AP Help Desk software a plus
