Job Description
We are currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for full-time, day-shift work in Indianapolis . The technician will be responsible for completing work orders, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained apartment community. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and growth potential.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Complete appliance repairs and fix household fixtures
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Assist with apartment turnovers and make-ready projects
Maintain cleanliness of common areas and report safety concerns
Requirements:
Prior experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility for occasional on-call responsibilities
Must pass a background check and drug screen
