Fast-paced and growing North America Distributor for Italian luxury wall, floor, and interior furnishings seeks Assistant Warehouse Manager for South Bronx NY warehouse and showroom. As leader of the team, responsible for ensuring superior customer service, PICKING, PACKING, and all elements of processing orders and overseeing full cycle of order fulfillment. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, sampling requests, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. Assist all customer service needs provide information about our products including item setup, availability, price, delivery, limitations & installation recommendations. Responsible for purchase order (P/O) processing and receiving and freight quotes. Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines. Enter orders, follow-up on back orders, customer orders & follow proper delivery and pick up procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required minimum two-year logistics/ Warehouse
• Previous experience in Tile, Flooring, interior furnishings a plus
• Experience operating forklift and similar warehouse equipment
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
