Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a contract position at an elementary school located in Bear, DE. This role supports students through evidence-based behavior intervention strategies aimed at promoting positive outcomes within the school setting. The assignment is for the upcoming school year (NSY).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to adjust interventions and ensure efficacy.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and school policies.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students in an educational environment.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and school-based behavior interventions.
