Job Description

A local elementary school in Puyallup, WA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position throughout the school year. This role involves working closely with students to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans that support positive learning outcomes and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student behavioral needs and design effective intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement behavior strategies
• Monitor and evaluate progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
