Overview This role is with a global nutrition company that is a leader in the development and delivery of performance and lifestyle nutrition products, as well as ingredients and solutions for the food, beverage, and supplement industries. The organization is currently undergoing a strategic transformation program aimed at strengthening its global operating model, enhancing digital capabilities, and accelerating growth across its core business units. This transformation initiative spans multiple functions and regions, positioning the company for long-term success in a rapidly evolving marketplace. This is a 12 month contractor role, for now. Up to $60/hr - weekly pay Must be able to go onsite 2-3 days a week About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Change Communications Manager to support major transformation and business growth initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in simplifying complex change, delivering impactful messaging, and helping internal stakeholders engage with and embrace transformation. Reporting to the Change Communications Lead, you’ll work closely with senior executives, programme leaders, HR and change teams, and communications partners across the business to ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and tailored for diverse global audiences. Responsibilities Develop and execute communications plans aligned with overall transformation strategy and tailored to the needs of specific functions or workstreams. Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and stakeholders on communications timing, messaging, and channel selection. Create high-impact communication materials , including briefings, presentations, internal announcements, FAQs, and digital content. Ensure message consistency across programmes, reflecting corporate values, culture, and tone of voice. Drive stakeholder engagement by supporting dialogue, feedback loops, and transparent communication practices. Collaborate with HR, Change, and functional leads to assess communication risks, people impacts, and opportunities. Support execution of end-to-end transformation communications , working closely with the broader transformation communications team. Measure communications impact and use insights to refine and adapt approaches. Contribute to integrated communications planning to ensure alignment across multiple projects and programmes. Work with the change and readiness team to ensure best practice sharing, consistency, and cross-functional alignment. Qualifications / Skills & Experience Extensive experience in internal and change communications in large-scale, complex transformation programmes. Strong ability to think strategically while delivering hands-on, tactical communications in fast-paced environments. Proven experience advising and influencing senior leaders and programme stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and content development for internal audiences. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across functions, regions, and seniority levels. Solid understanding of business operations and organisational dynamics. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, intranet systems, Viva Engage, and email distribution tools (e.g., Poppulo). Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating change with resilience and agility.
