Entry Level Business Analyst - Park Ridge, IL

$45,000 - $50,000/Annually - plus full benefits

We leading manufacturer of advanced materials for the aerospace industry. We specialize in developing high-performance solutions that meet the demanding requirements of aerospace applications, ensuring safety, durability, and innovation in every product we create. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Job Summary:

As an Entry-Level Business Analyst , you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business operations, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic initiatives. You will assist in gathering and interpreting data related to supply chain management, production processes, financial performance, and customer demands within the aerospace manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support decision-making.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support forecasting and demand planning efforts for materials and production schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and improving data integrity across internal systems.
• Participate in special projects, such as new technology implementations or process automation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency Microsoft Office applications (Above average skills in Excel is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
