What You’ll Do:

  • Provide seamless support to senior leadership, managing calendars, appointments, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Handle complex travel arrangements and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, representing the executive office with confidence and poise.
  • Assist with special projects that require strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required, and
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive administrative experience required.
