Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Uptown Hot Springs common areas, both interior and exterior. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable while providing excellent customer service, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

🧹 Daily Cleaning & Maintenance

• Sweep and mop floors in common areas, restrooms, hallways, and other assigned areas.
• Clean railings, planters, windows, ashtrays, drinking fountains, and other fixtures.
• Empty trash cans, remove trash bags, and ensure proper disposal.
• Wash and sanitize trash cans inside and out.
• Maintain cleanliness in management offices twice per week.

🚻 Restroom Sanitation

• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and partitions.
• Remove trash and restock supplies (toilet paper, hand towels, soap).
• Ensure restrooms remain fresh and well-stocked throughout the day.

🛍 Customer Service & Property Upkeep

• Respond to customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
• Collect forgotten personal items and turn them into Mall Management.
• Promptly report any vandalism, unsafe conditions, or unusual activities.
• Assist with setting up materials for mall promotions and special events.
• Perform exterior maintenance such as blowing sidewalks, pressure washing, and keeping service areas clean and free of debris.

✔ Flexibility – Must be open to working different shifts, including overtime if necessary.
✔ Preferred but Not Required – Ability to read labels on cleaning products.
