  • Personnel Records Management : Maintaining and updating soldier records, including performance evaluations, training history, and personal information.

  • Administrative Actions : Processing requests for promotions, transfers, leaves, discharges, and reenlistments. They also prepare documentation for awards, decorations, and disciplinary actions.
