Job Summary:
Massanutten Resort seeks experienced and highly motivated Vacation Ownership Sales Representatives to engage with prospective clients and current owners, promoting the benefits of vacation ownership.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct engaging sales presentations to potential clients and current owners, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and resort amenities.
* Generate sales by building strong relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
* Address and resolve customer concerns during the resort tour and purchase process.
* Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments.
* Work with pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
Position Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Proven experience in a sales role.
* Exceptional presentation skills.
* Professional, reliable, and motivated demeanor.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate win-win solutions.
* Dynamic and outgoing personality.
* Organizational and leadership skills.
* Professional appearance and attitude.
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $110,000 per year
