Job Summary:

Your specific responsibilities will be recruiting organizations to join our corporate program.

Exempt Salary Position

Essential Functions :

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, email, and online platforms.

• Explaining the value of the company’s offerings and addressing customer inquiries.

• Discussing terms and prices with potential clients.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Working towards monthly or quarterly sales goals. 

Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time. 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or related field. 
• Applicant must possess strong communication skills both verbal and written. 
• Should have a persuasive and confident phone presence. 
• The ability to overcome objections.
• Time management and ability to multitask.
• Goal oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets. 
• Industry knowledge.
