Job Description

Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Laboratory Technician - Entry Level to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laboratory Technician - Entry Level

Location: Franklin, WI (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00 on hourly

What's the Job?

• Conduct moisture analysis, pH testing, and gluten testing in a food lab environment.
• Run and collect multiple samples every hour while ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
• Complete audit forms and document findings accurately.
• Interact with other teams, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Independently plan, prioritize, and execute work while making basic technical decisions.

What's Needed?

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and familiarity with lab equipment.
• Prior manufacturing or quality experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Science is preferred; current students pending graduation are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
