Job Description

We're looking for a light industrial machine operator to work as a W2 contractor for an aircraft manufacturing company based in North Kingstown. - Work Schedule: 1st shift (5 am - 1:30 pm approx) - Contract: 6 months duration (with possible extension) - Pay rate: $17.50/h Job Summary: Operate card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards, meeting daily production and quality goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance, conduct quality inspections, and identify potential issues. Adhere to all security and production policies. Key Qualifications - High school diploma, equivalent or higher. - 1-2+ yoe working in manufacturing environment. - Basic math skills - Knowledge of basic hand tools, as well as calipers - Basic mechanical aptitude - Ability to interpret and work from established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Ability to work and communicate effectively and courteously with coworkers As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
