About the Role
The Company is in search of a licensed and experienced Geothermal Driller to join its field operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drilling vertical geothermal boreholes to specification for residential and multifamily construction sites. This role requires the operation and maintenance of drilling rigs and associated equipment, ensuring all work is performed safely and in compliance with local regulations. The Geothermal Driller will also be expected to interpret site plans, drilling logs, and geothermal system designs, as well as coordinate with field operations, site supervisors, and subcontractors to support project timelines. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficient field execution is essential. Applicants must hold an active Maryland Master Well Driller or Master Well System Driller license and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in geothermal or water well drilling, preferably in residential or multifamily settings.
