Job Description

This full-time Occupational Therapist position serves PreK-12 students in a K-12 school setting, providing direct and indirect OT services throughout the school year (25/26). Located in Greenville, Ohio, this contract role offers a manageable caseload of no more than 40 students and a consistent work schedule from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with applicable educational and healthcare regulations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Professional Board license in Occupational Therapy
• State Board of Education Pupil Services Permit current or obtainable
• Experience working in home health, healthcare, or school OT settings preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload with a maximum of 40 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting student growth and learning
