Job Title : Program Manager with SAP and publishing/media industry Experience Location: New York or U.S.A(Open to travel) - EST Zone Mode :- Contract || Long Term Role/Responsibilities Strong experience as a Program Manager with SAP and publishing/media industry background. Skilled in leading Implementation / Rollouts /AMS (Apps) engagements in client-facing roles. Oversee the SAP project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure 100% compliance with customer contractual obligations. Conduct regular customer connects /strategic / leadership meetings like MBR, QBR & other leadership meetings. Design, monitor and share account performance dashboards/ reports with the clients periodically. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Operations leaders to ensure zero client Build and manage client relationships at all levels. Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource plans. Mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Drive key productivity initiatives to improve margins in applications. Enable revenue growth through delivery-led expansion in various business lines.
