Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing clean technology company that's solving one of renewable energy's most significant challenges: wasted power generation. Their innovative approach converts otherwise curtailed solar and wind energy into valuable computing resources, creating new revenue streams for renewable asset owners.

They're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the deployment of their modular infrastructure solutions across utility-scale renewable energy sites.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of modular technology deployments at solar and wind facilities
  • Develop scalable processes for rapid installation and commissioning
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with renewable asset owners, utilities, and regulatory bodies
  • Create procurement strategies for modular hardware systems and coordinate with manufacturing partners
  • Navigate regulatory frameworks across key markets including CAISO and ERCOT jurisdictions
  • Build project timelines from site assessment through commissioning and ongoing operations
  • Establish quality control protocols ensuring consistent deployment across distributed sites

Who You Are

  • 5+ years project management experience in utility-scale solar, wind, or energy storage projects
  • Deep understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle from NTP through COD
  • Experience with modular technologies - solar panels, battery systems, or similar scalable hardware deployments
  • Knowledge of grid interconnection processes and utility coordination
  • Track record managing projects in CAISO and/or ERCOT markets
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with C-suite executives and technical teams
  • Self-starter mentality comfortable building processes from ground up
