We have a great opportunity for a Project working with a fit-out contractor in central London About the role of Project Manager We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong commercial fit out, with a go getter attitude, ready to hit the ground running to work on commercial fit out projects in central London. As the Project Manager you will be splitting time between based in the office and also visiting site periodically that fall under yourself, circa 3-4 live sites at one time. The projects vary from fast track £500k Cat B fit outs to larger more intricate project circa £2m + and will consist of installing of a new partitions, tea point fit outs, toilet block fit outs, reception areas and also board rooms. Requirements for the Project Manager Have commercial fit out experience Longevity in roles with some of the contractors in the industry Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS is required.
