Universal Mental Health Services Inc. is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and organized professional to coordinate and monitor services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is essential in supporting individuals and their families in a continuum of care that meets out high standards of quality and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor individualized services for clients with IDD.
• Serve as a liaison between individuals, families, and service providers.
• Ensure services meet established quality and compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and community integration.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience
• A Human Services-related degree with 2+ years of experience working with individuals with IDD, or
• A non-related degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• A genuine passion for serving individuals with disabilities.
