RealEstate - Director of Finance up to $230k/yr

Stepinto a leadership role in a dynamic investment firm where innovation andopportunity meet. Were seeking a Director of Finance to oversee corporateaccounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for our private equity andreal estate investments.

Compensationand Perks:

• Salary Range:$180,000$230,000/year

WhatYoull Do:

• Collaborate with the CFO oncorporate finance initiatives, budgeting, and fund planning
• Oversee accounting, investorreporting, and tax filings for corporate entities, private equityinvestments, and real estate assets
• Play a pivotal role instructuring acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and new realestate funds
• Supervise and mentor a team ofControllers, AP/AR managers, and fund accountants, while planning forfuture hires as the company scales
• Stay ahead of SEC regulations,internal controls, and tax requirements for REITs, partnerships, andprivate equity investments
• Identify process improvements andenhance financial reporting systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in finance oraccounting with a strong focus on real estate investments
• Expertise in REITs, open-endedfunds, and fair value GAAP reporting
• Knowledge of private REITtaxation, K-1 filings, partnerships, and S-corps
• Leadership experience managingfinance teams and corporate financial operations
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Background in both public andprivate accounting environments preferred
