Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Personal Assistant to join our team at Travel poocho. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and clients, partners, and other stakeholders
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and tasks
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Handle various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate and plan events, both virtual and in-person
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO or management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
