Pay Active: Access your earned wages before payday. Key Responsibilities As a Resident Assistant - CNA/CMA, you will: Foster independence and dignity among residents. Provide direct care for daily activities, including nutrition, hygiene, and maintaining clean living spaces. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, and restorative nursing tasks. Promote a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all residents. Shifts Available PT 56 hr/pp 2:30pm-11pm PT 48 hr/pp 6:30am-3pm PT 16 hr/pp 6:30am-3pm every other weekend PRN - as needed Qualifications ND CNA and CMA certifications are required. Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is preferred but not mandatory
