Summary: In this role, you will design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform. You will focus on the implementation, customization, and integration of Dynamics across key business areas including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Project Operations. You will collaborate with platform analysts, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions. You will bring a strong engineering mindset, technical depth, and leadership within project execution. Responsibilities: Design, build, and enhance solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, .NET plugins, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and custom APIs and connectors. Implement business rules, platform logic, and automation across D365 modules while leveraging Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, form logic, and relationship management. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, supporting Extract - Transform - Load (ETL) processes, SQL Server queries, and ensuring system reliability through robust error handling and performance tuning. Manage build and deployment pipelines, release workflows, and environment configurations using Azure DevOps. Maintain platform health through governance, security tuning, versioning strategies, and technical cleanup. Collaborate with platform analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and contribute to solution design and feasibility assessments. Support cross-functional delivery efforts and assist in mentoring junior team members as needed. Qualifications: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 5 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise application development required. 3 or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including configuration, customization, and solution delivery required. Proficient in C#, .NET plugins, JavaScript, Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), Dataverse, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps such as pipelines, work items, version control are required. Strong understanding of platform governance, performance tuning, extensibility limits, and integration best practices required. Experience delivering solutions within modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Operations required. Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, collaborative environment required. Experience with Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect) highly preferred. Experience with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for Dynamics using Azure DevOps, and familiarity with solution layering, release best practices, and Agile processes highly preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
