SEO Specialist - Personal Injury LawDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: CaliforniaCompensation: $70,000 - $140,000 / yearDescriptionWe are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Newport Beach and are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Specialist who knows how to drive organic traffic, improve local visibility, and generate qualified leads in a competitive legal market.Responsibilities:•Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.•Optimize and update service pages, blog content, and metadata for SEO best practices.•Build and manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profile optimization, local listings (Yelp, Avvo, etc.), and citations.•Conduct keyword research with a focus on high-converting personal injury terms (e.g., car accident attorney, slip and fall lawyer, etc.).•Collaborate with content writers and marketing staff to create SEO-driven content calendars.•Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other tools.•Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexation, crawl errors).•Assist in link-building campaigns, backlink audits, and identifying white-hat opportunities.•Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and legal advertising compliance.Qualifications:•3+ years of SEO experience (agency or legal niche preferred).•Strong working knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Moz).•Proven track record of increasing organic search traffic and lead conversions.•Familiarity with local SEO, especially Google Business Profile and local citation building.•Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO best practices.•Comfortable working with marketing teams, writers, and developers to execute strategies.•Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and results-focused.•Knowledge of legal content or legal advertising guidelines is a plus.Benefits401(k) Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
