Job Description

Role: Technical Analyst

Location: Louisville, KY Full onsite

Visa: ANY (NO OPT and CPT)

Client: Machinify LLC

Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions using the UiPath platform, managing onsite teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring the success of projects through hands-on technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, testing, and implementation of UiPath RPA and GenAI-based solutions, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient automation workflows.
  • Manage the UiPath RPA environment, monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure operational stability onsite.
  • Create/Review and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, system configurations, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide technical support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of automation solutions.
  • Stay current with UiPath platform updates, RPA technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and the UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework.
  • Solid understanding of RPA principles, process analysis, and automation design.
  • Good Understanding of GenAI, LLMs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and workflows, optimizing performance and scalability.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic UI/UX considerations for automation.
  • UiPath certifications (such as UiPath RPA Developer Foundation/Advanced) are highly valued.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using business analysis tools and methodologies, including data modelling, process mapping, and requirements management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making
