To help us continue to grow our offerings, we’re searching for a Warehouse Manager who will oversee comprehensive warehouse operations, including domestic and international shipping/receiving, material handling, and inventory management of both raw materials and finished goods. This role is critical to driving operational excellence while supervising daily activities within the warehouse(s) and managing all warehouse personnel. The Warehouse Manager ensures quality, safety, and accuracy in material handling while optimizing departmental costs and operational efficiency.

The right candidate will make data-driven decisions, resolve logistical challenges, prioritize assignments, and lead personnel in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse & Shipping Operations – Oversee and support all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, material fulfillment for production, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Shipment & Material Handling – Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming/outgoing shipments, proper material handling and disposition, and compliance with inspections, MRB protocols, and export documentation requirements.
• Export Documentation & Compliance – Oversee the preparation and accuracy of export documents and ensure shipping records are current, complete, and compliant with all applicable regulations.
• Transportation & Logistics Management – Negotiate and manage transport agreements, resolve delivery or carrier issues, and optimize shipping costs and service levels.
• Inventory Control – Monitor inventory levels, ensure data accuracy, manage physical counts, adjustments, labeling, and troubleshoot discrepancies, RMAs, and stock issues in coordination with Purchasing and Production.
• Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and other departments to prioritize workloads, allocate resources, and meet shipment and production goals.
• Facility & Equipment Maintenance – Maintain the condition, functionality, and safety of warehouse facilities and equipment, addressing repair needs promptly.
• Performance & Process Improvement – Measure department effectiveness, lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service.
• Personnel Leadership – Hire, train, develop, and manage warehouse staff, fostering a productive, safe, and team-oriented work environment.
• Budget & Cost Control – Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets, controlling expenses, and meeting financial targets.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety policies, lead safety training, and ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Other Duties as Assigned - Perform other related duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the warehouse and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years' experience in related fields of materials/inventory warehousing, logistics, supply chain management, etc.
• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Computer literate (required experience working with ERP systems).
