Pay Range: $28hr - $33hr


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • ct as primary administrator for Jira, managing provisioning, permissions, workflows, custom fields, and SSO.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • utomate routine tasks using PowerShell, APIs, or scripting tools.
  • Ensure application stability, security, and policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application rollouts, updates, and changes.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and best practices.

IT Operations and Support:

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change queues using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Support end-user issues and ensure resolution meets SLA targets.
  • Oversee local IT assets in coordination with global teams.
  • ssist in onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Perform system health checks, maintenance, and patch coordination.
  • pply ITIL best practices for ticket handling and change management.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements.


Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise application support and/or IT operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering Jira Software / Jira Service Management.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell, APIs, and JSON/XML configurations.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, asset management).
  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification.
