Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll & Cost Allocation Accountant to join the team. This hands-on role is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate compensation records, and assisting with accounting and cost allocation activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong accounting background, a solid understanding of U.S. payroll laws, and excellent organizational skills to support both payroll compliance and financial reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3–5 years of payroll and/or general accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws and multi-state compliance
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Ceridian, or similar) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
