Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships. Role Summary: The main role of a Sales Porter is to manage the flow of the Sales Department by receiving, moving, and parking vehicles to accommodate all sales personnel requests. A Sales Porter must keep the inventory lots organized, park vehicles in every designated area, receive new cars, attend to sales staff requests, and more.
Sales Porters strives to provide 5-star Treatment by delivering exceptional service to all sales departments with a professional, polite, and positive attitude.
Key Duties: - Organize all new car lots, new car keys, sold car preparation, and fulfilling Sales team requests.
- Logistics of new Cars between the Dealership and parking lots.
- Fulfill all Salesman requests regarding Sold Cars and Test Drive Cars.
- Disconnect, and connect all trickle charges when opening and closing the dealership.
- Charge electric vehicles.
- Ensure all vehicles in the showroom look impeccable. If vehicles need to be washed or cleaned, please inform the Car Wash Manager.
- Check, log, and reset the seat Memory if needed. Seat memory #3, AC, and radio settings are written on the Service Tag prior to delivery of the vehicle.
- You are the last impression to our guests Visit. Please make sure all vehicles are prepped to Fletcher Jones Standards. Always smile, have eye contact, and thank the customer for their business.

Job Requirements: - Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations.
- Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Highly responsible, professional, and reliable.
- Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
- Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, including maintaining composure under stress.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.
- Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
- Ability to focus on a Guest's and Sales Team's needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
Salary Description : $16.50-$18.00 Optima Dealer Services
